What You’ll Be Doing:
– Provide 24 hour support for network infrastructure in an on-call rotation
– Perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades on network infrastructure
– Configure Switches, Routers, Firewalls
– Troubleshoot issues as they arise
– Maintain up to date knowledge on new products and interoperability
– Provide usage metrics and make recommendations on network topologies
– Create detailed Network Documentation
– Provide configuration templates for all network devices
– Assist in the development of junior engineers
Must Haves:
– 5+ years of experience administering an Enterprise WAN and LAN environment
– Knowledge of routing technologies EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
– Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewalls
– Experience with providers and configurations using Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity
– Ability to configure Routers, Switches and Firewalls
– Ability to think critically and solve complex issues
– Ability to work independently
– Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external teams
– Experience with network documentation and diagrams
– Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and meet deadlines
– Experience adapting in a dynamic work environment
– Experience working in a customer focused environment
– Ability to use network tools for troubleshooting issues

– Bachelor’s Degree
– CCNP Certification
– Ability to design and manage highly available, redundant network solutions
– Knowledge of Routing and Switching
