We are looking for a hands-on software architect with solid C#/.NET experience to oversee and drive application design across mobile platforms and cloud-based server-side components that support millions of customers.
The position involves working with .NET, iOS and Android development teams to implement solutions, provide architectural guidance and design, and establish/enforce best practices and standards across all platforms.

Advisor, Awareness & Training reports directly to the Director Strategy Integration and Talent Management. The Sr. Advisor is responsible for coordinating, designing, developing and implement learning experiences and strategies in support of our technology implementations and our IT staff. Manage stakeholder relationships with internal customers and external training vendors to ensure training meets customer needs aligning the capability and vision with the business by developing, implementing and monitoring training and talent development strategies and initiatives to support user adoption and building and sustaining an agile, innovative and high performing organization. With a dedicated focus on learning and development, the Sr. Advisor collaborates with the Business Operations Leadership Team and other key stakeholders across the organization to ensure awareness and training for new initiatives targeting users outside.

The Agile Delivery Lead will direct development staff as a working team member to architect, design, develop, test, debug and document software components by providing delivery leadership associated with the delivery of high quality technical solutions under the high-level direction of an agile program manager and/or director. As the lead for an agile team, the Agile Delivery Lead will act as the team’s agile coach in support of the organization’s standardized agile practices within a scaled agile enterprise framework.
