Audience Engagement Manager – Digital Marketing, SEO, Analytics

Allocate and manage resources daily to complete production and optimization work on time and to deliver highest value
• Liaison with Content, Photo, Digital Services, Business Units, Impact Groups and Digital Marketing to ensure clear understanding of priorities and due dates
• Oversee implementation of best practices search engine optimization (“SEO”) and engagement optimized web page production to increase the value of each visitor to website and to prompt engagement
o Formats of content to include but not limited to: articles slide shows, videos, video streaming, tools, forms and galleries
• Oversee programming of landing pages to be aligned with the brand, using value metrics, strategic direction, audience segments, web analytics
• Ensure rollout of promotional support for enterprise programs and initiatives
• Manage training of producers is complete and skills sets are appropriate to effectively optimize the content and deliver value
• Provide monthly channel-level and team level metrics reporting, analyzing, charting and providing of insights and context for channel KPIs for month, year and YoY including but not limited to:
o UVs, Visits, PVs, PVs/Visit, Organic Visits, Organic PVs, Bounce Rate, Weekly Return Visits
o Joins, Renews, Registrations and Subscriptions
o Value analysis

• System expertise to include:

Adobe’s AEM (or current version) Content Management System with custom templates, a workflow management tool, Google AdWords and BrightEdge for SEO keyword research and Omniture’s Site Catalyst for metrics reporting
