Adobe AEM CMS Digital Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to provide Program/Project Management services. These services are critical to the success of dedicated digital project teams. The person delivering these services will work closely with the Team Leader and other team members to identify, scope, prioritize and execute on work that achieves the project’s vision and goals. This is a high energy individual with a strategic approach who brings team members together to make things happen and achieve results.
The individual successfully delivering services will be able to perform the following responsibilities and demonstrate the skills and attributes at a high level.
STRATEGIC PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
- understand the business s/he supports, show strategic insight into the larger ecosystem of products and services the business supports, and demonstrate subject matter expertise
- understand and articulate our Digital Strategy
- be a hub of knowledge for the project portfolio and be able to articulate how various projects will support achievement of goals
- see the big picture and effectively anticipate and resolve issues
- manage a broad and complex program of technical and project work, connecting work across Pod team members and non-Pod teams to drive execution
- be able to effectively communicate how the project portfolio supports the business strategy
- manage projects from inception to timely and successful completion
- determine scope, project definition and project schedule
- seamlessly manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- create project plans and maintain up-to-date tracking, including dependencies, risks, opportunities and test plans
- create useful roadmaps and reports for the team, management and executive levels
- make recommendations supported by evidence
- escalate to management when necessary
