Technical Recruiter

We are looking to add another technical recruiter to our staff in Bethesda. The ideal candidate would be someone with IT recruiting experience and has a proven track record of success however we will consider a junior level recruiter who has some sales and a lot of telephone solicitation experience in previous positions.  A minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience in the contract staffing/consulting and/or permanent placement industry plus a Bachelor’s degree is required. We are seeking a competitive, energetic and motivated recruiting professional who has excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting. The ability to multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Executives manage client relationships is essential as are excellent verbal and written communication skills. (more…)
