This job requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent knowledge with six years of related professional experience, including hardware and software system development in the Unix environment and experience supporting HP and Sun Unix in a multi-server environment.

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert for an Enterprise Configuration Management system. The position will lead efforts in providing application and platform support for the Enterprise Configuration Management System (eCMS) comprised of a discovery and dependency mapping tools and configuration management database. The roles and responsibilities are as follows:
• Review and address eCMS application issues & problems
• Manage the eCMS Development, Test and Production environments
• Perform application and server platform daily checks
• Optimize and tune application and server performance
• Review, test and plan application upgrades and updates
• Develop application and infrastructure mappings and reports
• Maintain eCMS Operations Runbook
• Ensure assignments are completed on time
