Digital Media/ Digital Advertising & Performance Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Consultant will deliver support to Operations and Inventory Management for reporting on all areas of the Digital Advertising Services business. This reporting will include inventory, delivery, revenue and yield. It is a must that this person have advanced excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, charting), be able to complete data analysis, has the ability to pull reports from various sources, and complete request within provided deadlines. Experience with DFP, DSM, YieldEx, Domo, and SQL is a plus.


Manage, process and evaluate customer billing and revenue reporting
• Assist in formalizing departmental budgetary, revenue forecasting and reporting processes
• Assist in the management of approved budget, purchase orders and invoicing
• Assist with budgeting activities, including gathering, comparing, and correlating information about projected costs of current and future projects and activities
• Create weekly predefined analytical reports and written materials
• Create monthly revenue and CTR performance reports
• Deliver weekly (and more if needed) comprehensive projections for year-end revenue, costs, and operational performance with associated analysis and recommendations
• Prepare weekly (and more if needed) detailed analyses of online campaign performance and departmental operations and sales activities
• Prepare ad hoc financial and performance reports for informational and planning purposes
