Quality Assurance/Test Engineering
The Consortium has a comprehensive test engineering staff skilled in functional testing, load/performance testing, usability testing, Section 508 testing and specialized engineering verification. We partner with our clients to help them deliver the highest quality software possible. Our QA and Test services can be customized to meet your needs, timeframe and budget. We offer independent testing, quality assurance, verification, and validation services to software and systems development organizations as either staff augmentation or project based deliverables. The Consortium audits, repairs and provides turn-key solutions for non section 508 compliant products and systems. All compliance audits use assistive technology products for testing compliance. We specialize in dynamic HTML, Microsoft accessibility conversions, JAVA accessibility API conversions and reporting and graphics.

Help Desk and Network Management
The Consortium has experience providing help desk management and staffing and network administration for operations supporting as many as 5,000 end users. Network support has been on 24 x 7 coverage basis and has covered both Microsoft and MacIntosh installations. Network operating systems include NT, Solaris and Novell NetWare.
