Technical Recruiter

We are looking to add another technical recruiter to our staff in Bethesda. The ideal candidate would be someone with IT recruiting experience and has a proven track record of success however we will consider a junior level recruiter who has some sales and a lot of telephone solicitation experience in previous positions.  A minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience in the contract staffing/consulting and/or permanent placement industry plus a Bachelor’s degree is required. We are seeking a competitive, energetic and motivated recruiting professional who has excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting. The ability to multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Executives manage client relationships is essential as are excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job responsibilities include searching for (using various Internet sources and referral techniques) qualified candidates, screening and presenting viable candidates to our clients, based on detailed job descriptions and assisting in checking employment references and arranging for background checks if necessary. Other responsibilities will include scheduling interviews,  briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews and managing the offer process including helping to follow-up with candidates and extending offers.
