Taleo LMS Administrator

Taleo LMS Administrator to provide systems configuration and administration. Job duties will include:

• Maintain system configuration parameters and user roles as needed

• Participate in writing company LMS policies and procedures as needed

• Upload and maintain courses, organizations, users, etc. within the LMS

• QA all courses to ensure loaded and working properly

• Create and manage reports • Audit and monitor data integrity within the LMS

• Liaise and coordinate with vendor to manage and implement new features USER TRAINING & SUPPORT

• Ensure all end-users are served quick and efficiently

• Define and develop system/end-user training material as required

• Train administrators in the proper use and administration of the LMS • Develop Help Desk guide, along with other system support aids
