Macintosh Desktop Support – Responsible for the support and troubleshooting of Macintosh hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers. Install hardware and software on Mac workstations. Set up and maintain network and telecommunications systems. Troubleshoot LAN, Enterprise Services and connectivity issues.
