An exciting opportunity for a Product Manager in a fast paced and fun environment. This is a Director level role and will be expected to work closely with executive management in realizing the product vision and driving it to fruition from a technology perspective. You’ll work with all company functions, including Sales, Client Services, Finance and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success. You’ll be responsible for leading a small but highly motivated team of product owners and play a pivotal role in determining the direction of the product portfolio.
What We Seek:
●8-10 years of product management experience; ideally 1-2 years of management experience
●Bachelor’s degree
●Solid experience developing product roadmaps and managing solution development priorities
●Ability to drive end-to-end development of a portfolio of Software-as-a-Service solutions – from concept to launch and post-launch
●Experience delivering data analytics solutions
●Experience managing executive and senior level customer interaction
●Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
●Ability to present complex ideas in a clear fashion to technical and nontechnical audience
●Solid experience with agile development practices, preferably Scrum
●Exposure to service oriented architecture
●Demonstrated mentorship skills
●Consummate team player
●Technically inclined and comfortable querying/presenting data.
