Stellant Content Mangement- Java, XSS, ASP
The candidate will be responsible for Modifying the code for an Advanced Search web page(s) to eliminate cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities and return functionality. The candidate will provide technical expertise regarding Stellent Content Management software and uploading completed ASP pages. The candidate must have experience in designing and development enterprise level applications with Object Oriented Programming concepts and Software Development Life Cycle documentation.

Required Qualifications:
A software developer skilled in the development of Java and Websphere based web applications. Desired Qualifications: Experience with Stellant the Content Mangement Software

    Digital Asset Management ~ Project Manager
    We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Technical Implementation team in Chevy Chase, MD. This individual will oversee the development and implementation of technical projects/programs that deliver pragmatic and integrated technical solutions and services to meet business process initiatives, product launches, process improvement, and other strategies. This position has inherent growth potential to become a leader in our development business. Applicant must be pro-active, collaborative, driven and seek excellence.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Establish clear project execution guidelines; develop detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; track and communicate key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers. Identify and gain allocation of project/product team resources; obtain sponsor approvals, and coordinate the resources necessary to successfully complete the project
  • Initiate, plan, execute, and control project efforts that utilize technological solutions
  • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations
  • Assist in definition of business and functional requirements. Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks.
  • Manage vendors that are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new and enhanced interfaces and products, if applicable during project lifecycle
  • Measure progress toward goals and revise project objectives; document applying change control procedures. Evaluate the impacts and risks of changes and assign tasks that are necessary to reduce or eliminate those considerations.
  • Take responsibility for changes to applications software and systems environments to ensure that changes to the environment have been properly analyzed and adequately coordinated and do not adversely impact the company’s ability to meet published customer service level agreements
  • Contribute to implementation success and technical system stability by using change methodologies that assure the reliability of business and operations information management systems;
  • Anticipate and identify tasks required to support stable change processing including performing change impact analysis, assigning tasks to project team members, verbally communicating complex issues, verifying that tasks are completed, validating production readiness, and communicating implementation status;
  • Manage project budget, including costing & tracking of status

    Skills and requirements:
  • BS/BA in Information Technology or related discipline
  • 5-7 years experience as a Project Manager; PMP
  • Strong knowledge of typical software lifecycle methodologies
  • Familiarity with programming languages, including Java and .NET
  • Database and operating systems experience with SQL, Sybase, Windows, Unix
  • Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including HTML, DHTML, and XML
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Project
  • 3-5 years experience in Digital media preferred, such as understanding project management best practices around projects delivering services and capabilities in support of for websites, email, and mobile content delivery.
  • Working knowledge of common of web centric systems including content management, ad serving, web analytics, hosting, database development, etc.

    Oracle, PL/SQL Back-end developers with ASP or .NET

    The Engineer position requires:

  • Minimum of 5 years Oracle, PL/SQL development experience
  • Strong knowledge of ASP.NET
  • Experience with classic ASP and ASP to .NET conversion a plus
  • Strong knowledge of core web technologies * HTML, Java script, CSS, XML
  • Experience with web services development

    Symantec Control Compliance Suite [SCCS] (previously known Bindview)

    We are seeking a person who is an expert at Symantec's Symantec Control Compliance Suite [SCCS] (previously known Bindview) Software and can help us administer, operate the product and generate reports based on the requirements. We have purchased the product and Symantec Professional Services is on site configuring the product to our current standards. The administrator will be responsible for ongoing administration of the Bindview deployment at our organization. The task would include additional configuration of the product per our evolving standards, ensuring reports are generated from the targets to ensure compliance and for configuring/updating the SCCS Dashboard. Administrator should also be familiar with the Fileserver Entitlements reporting module.

    Essential Job Functions:
  • Ongoing Admin of the Symantec Control Compliance Suite (a/k/a Bindview):
  • RMS Console
  • BindView Information Server
  • Enterprise Configuration Service
  • Master Query Engine (MQE for each domain setup for reporting
  • Slave Query Engines (SQE) where applicable
  • Configuration of Distribution Rules
  • Creation of Computer Groups
  • Update of Patch Assessment Database
  • SQL Database configuration
  • Web Portal configuration
  • SQL Server Admin and User configuration
  • Applicable Technical Standards Pack(s)
  • Produce Dashboards and keep up to date stats and reports as needed
    Deploy the Symantec Control Compliance Suite (a/k/a Bindview) for Windows, IIS WebServer, SQL Server, Oracle (UNIX agent vs. agentless), UNIX (Solaris, 9, 10) and associated agents and Query Engines upon need.

    Configuration and Administration of the Symantec Control Compliance Suite (a/k/a Bindview) Manager tool will include the following:

    Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor degree in engineering or information systems.
  • Software: Experience with Symantec Control Compliance Suite (a/k/a Bindview) is a must (version 8.5 or above is preferred). Experience has to be within the last year.
  • Platform: Experience with Windows 2003, Unix Solaris (9 and 10 is preferred).
  • Databases: Experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • General Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem solving skills are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills a must, including ability to interact effectively with executives, vendors, application business owners, technical project teams, and others.

    Cognos Business Intelligence Architect w/OO development background
    The Business Intelligence Architect will work with other members of the team responsible for the definition (some architecture) and delivery (some development of architecture / foundational components) of business intelligence solutions across the enterprise. He / She will report directly to Chief Architect and work with Data Services team.

    Primary Responsibilities:
  • Participate in enterprise DW / BI strategy
  • Integrate Cognos tools, including ReportNet and Framework Manager, into existing security and technical architecture
  • Develop Java interfaces, Portlets and / or PL/SQL scripts
  • Assist with data profiling and data remediation strategies
  • Assist with tuning back end BI environment
  • Serve as an advisor to other project/product teams seeking to use Enterprise Reporting toolset
  • Serve as an advisor to other data warehouse team members
    Technical Skills Required:
  • 12 – 15 years experience in enterprise development
  • In depth hands-on J2EE experience; prior experiences with C / C++ preferred
  • Recent experience in a business intelligence tool environment leveraging an enterprise tool (Cognos, Microstrategy, Business Objects, Hyperion, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing fundamentals, e.g. ETL, dimensional model (Star vs. Snowflake)
  • In depth understanding of SQL and its relation to the performance of BI tools
    Functional Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills
    Desired Skills:
  • Cognos 8
  • Experience with .Net and Visual Basic
  • Experience with Active Directory integrating multiple authentication mechanisms
