Application Security Engineer
We are looking for an Application Security Engineer who will be responsible for helping design security for all aspects of the
application life cycle. The ASE ensures security risks of applications are known and evaluated for significance
and effective security products and techniques are identified, implemented, and applied. Position serves as subject
matter expert on production security technologies.
Essential Job Functions:
Researches new information security technologies (in the areas of application and application infrastructure
components).
Participates in teams with security SMEs, in all application lifecycle phases, including: requirements
gathering, architecture development, product/service selection and procurement, functional & QA testing,
detailed technical design, technology infrastructure implementation and deployment, migration from existing
services, operational process and procedure documentation, operations staff training,
Advises and consults internal clients on appropriate application of existing security services to solve
problems or enable new business opportunities.
Recommends, customizes, implements, documents, and transitions to operations, reusable technical security
service components including: application level intrusion detection systems, authentication systems,
authorization systems, audit trail management systems, cryptographic systems, and others as defined by
management.
Researches and implements new security technologies as point solutions for Technology initiatives
unqualified under reusable enterprise security services. Based on accumulated knowledge of project-specific
security implementations, recommend new security service development ideas to the Security Technology
R&D process.
Assess applications to identify security risks using appropriate automated tools and other manual techniques.
Provide viable recommendations for minimizing or eliminating identified security risks. Advise and assist with
implementing recommendations where needed.
Assists application teams with resolving security issues in their application.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science or equivalent with two years of professional work experience in
application development, including experience in the delivery of secure systems or the assessment of
application security; a masters degree emphasizing application security may be accepted in lieu of work
experience. Experience should include:
Development languages and frameworks: VBA, ASP, ASP.NET, Perl, C#, Java/J2EE, XML, Python, Ajax,
Google GWT or Yahoo YUI
Inner workings and security aspects of variety of Application Servers (Weblogic), Web Servers (Apache,
IIS), Database Servers (Oracle, MS SQL).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially MS Excel, MS Word and Visio is desired.
Preferred that the candidate have hands-on experience performing application security assessments using
business-class assessment tools including static code analyzers (e.g. Fortify , Ounce), web vulnerability
analyzers (e.g. AppScan, WebInspect), platform vulnerability scanners (e.g. Qualys), Nessus, as well as
manual techniques for evaluating logic flaws. Experience performing manual code security review is a
plus.
Excellent technical writing, documentation development, process mapping, and visual communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

VOIP Telecom Consultant
The Telecommunication Consultant (TC) manages the day-to-day operations of the telecommunications area. The
TC is responsible for managing the existing enterprise legacy voice and emergent VoIP infrastructure which
includes Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems, voice mail systems, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and
Interactive Voice Response systems IVRs. The TC is responsible for managing the relationship with telcos and
wireless carriers, telecom hardware manufacturers and service providers. The TC is responsible for the mobile
wireless devices and the video teleconferencing systems. Position serves as subject matter expert on legacy and
up-and-coming telecommunication architectures, unified communications protocols and voice-video-data
converged networks.
Essential Job Functions:
Manages the day-to-day operations of the telecommunications area. Responsible for managing, implementing
& supporting the existing enterprise voice infrastructure which includes Nortel legacy PBX systems, Nortel
Media Gateways, Nortel Symposium Call Center solutions, Nortel Voice mail systems, ACD and IVR. Managing
an Aspect automatic call distribution and interactive voice response systems used by two separate internal
HelpDesks.
Work with the senior technology leadership, business users and peers to develop a multi-year Telecom
strategy, vision & goal, to plan, design, implement & support enterprise wide VoIP infrastructure and associated
hardware & software, including IP-PBXs, call management systems, voice mail, soft-phones, automatic call
distribution and interactive voice response systems.
Develop a plan in collaboration with the Data network team to integrate IP telephony systems with enterprise
LANs, WANs, wireless LANs, and other Internet-based services and protocols. Evaluate, test, prepare detailed
reports & recommendations for new technologies and solutions such as Unified communications (UC).
Choose outsourced third party vendors to select, deploy, and utilize appropriate tools to manage legacy POTS
and ip telephony traffic on the network, provide fault detection & alerting and report on system performance.
Monitor, identify and resolve capacity and performance issues for VoIP traffic to ensure continued,
uninterrupted operation of telephony systems.
Work with wireless vendors to develop a program to manage mobile devices, such as BlackBerrys, PDAs and
Cell Phones. Manage wireless voice and data plans to provide maximum benefits to the organization.
Implement, maintain & negotiate telecommunication services with local & long distance providers
Develop the strategy for collaboration and conferencing systems. Manage the day-to-day operations of the
existing video teleconferencing (VTC) system infrastructure. Establish the stratgey for mobile VTC units,
desktop conferencing units and other user collaboration and conferencing solutions.
Perform periodic telephony audits to identify services that are no longer required and services that should be
replaced with newer technologies. Manage telecommunications budget for VoIP systems, legacy voice systems
and wireless voice/data services. Manage cost saving requirements, identify, test and recommend replacement
technologies for US & International use of mobile devices.
Manages the vendor relationships with Telecom wired and wireless carriers, Telecom Hardware manufacturers
and service providers, which include Avaya, Verizon, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and local loop
providers
Requirements:
Consistent track record of success in managing day-to-day operations of the telecommunications area. Versed
in telecommunications, wireless and VoIP security best practices
Must have experience with the implementation of a VoIP system in a multi-site enterprise supporting a
minimum of 5,000 users.
At least 10 years of hands-on legacy telecommunications experience and 5 years managing a Telecom and or
Network design team with sufficient VoIP experience
Certification in voice and routing/switching such as CCVP (Cisco Certified Voice Professional) or CCNP (Cisco
Certified Network Professional) certifications.
Prior experience with one or more of the leading VoIP systems; Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, ShoreTel.
Solid background in routing, switching, TCP/IP, SIP, H323 and QoS.
Detailed knowledge of the configuration, optimization and operation of VoIP equipment.
Excellent technical writing, documentation development and visual communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain resource allocation, timely communications and meeting deadlines for high

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to manage all aspects of complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization. Manages project teams in projects that support the business/production units.
Duties:
Manages all aspects of complex, cross-functional projects.
Prepares project justifications and plans for senior management.
Determines personnel and resource requirements to complete projects and negotiates availability of resources, as needed.
Plans, organizes, schedules, controls, and monitors assigned projects to ensure timely completion, cost effectiveness, and functionality are met.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Responsibilities
Works independently under the broad oversight and direction of the IT Director:
Manages an Active Directory for the domain, as assigned

We are seeking a rare individual to work in a fast paced environment managing over 50 physical servers. Challenging work with many opportunities to use strong problem solving skills while working with team managing the entire infrastructure from the bottom up. Rare opportunity to manage almost all components in the full stack.
Skilled system administrator/engineer/webmaster needed with talents ranging from Apache server configuration, building web pages, to administering and configuring load balancers. Requires extensive experience and knowledge of managing servers that run public facing web sites; Internet applications and protocols as well as experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL. Person needs to be able to quickly understand complex infrastructures and configurations, adapt and be able to solve technical problems working from the front end to the backend.
