This client requires a strong resource with large-scale Hyperion implementation experience and broad Project Management experience to join our Hyperion project. This individual will work collaboratively with our System Integrator team to ensure a high quality, on time and on budget deliverable. • Demonstrated hands-on experience is required with the following modules: Hyperion Planning Plus; Hyperion Workforce Planning; Hyperion Capital Asset Planning; Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management; Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management Adapter Suite; Hyperion Data Relationship Management and Hyperion Data Relationship Steward • Knowledge of financial planning and forecasting processes. • EXCELLENT presentation and communication skills both written and verbal. • Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.) • Experience assessing deliverable quality and formulating plan to remediate quality issues • Ability to complete implementation work with minimal direction.

The candidate should also be able to teach a test team how to use the Rational Suite of tools for test planning, test case design, test execution, test management, etc. A key requirement is to be able to capture requirements “real time” during workshop sessions and turn around Activity Diagrams from those sessions within a 24 hour period.

• Designing and executing designs for software modules using workflows in a multi-tier web application environment.  • Performing daily software development, coding, unit testing, security testing, and COTS configuration and integration including Jboss and Apache configuration.  • Conducting application review and hands-on checks to identify, isolate, and document software defects and to resolve defects and issues with development peers and business analysts.  • Coordinating discussions with system security personnel to ensure that proposed designs and completed code meet Federal security requirements.  • Coordinating discussions with business analysts and business clients to understand new requirements, competing priorities, the scope and impact of proposed changes and/or defect corrections.   Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced development environment with new technologies and should have strong adaptive job skills and the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Performs the mission critical complex software design, development, enhancement, improvement, and maintenance support for corporate applications, specifically around Mobile platform offerings. Ensures the 24 X 7 availability. Participates as active team contributor of team to provide design, development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of custom Web Applications and Social Networking software systems and related system interfaces. Ensures that all issues are resolved to meet client expectations.
