Principals
Michael Thron
Michael joined the original Consortium in 1993 as a Technical Recruiter. He received several promotions and ultimately became Director of Recruiting Operations for the mid-Atlantic region. In addition to managing a large staff of recruiters, Systems Administrators and support personnel, Michael was a pioneer in the use of the Internet as a recruitment tool. Michael was instrumental in the growth of his region. Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson State University.
David Evans
David has over 10 years of Technical Recruiting and Account Management experience. During his tenure, he progressed from Senior Technical Recruiter through Manager and ultimately to Director of Staffing for the mid-Atlantic operations. In addition to his directorship role, he performed targeted Account Management for key clients and managed certain administrative functions. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, which he received from Mary Washington College.
Dave Kovacs
Dave joined The Consortium in 1996 as a Senior Technical Recruiter and remained with the company after its acquisition by a national public company. Previously, he was employed as a recruiter with Aerotek. In 1998, Dave was promoted to Staffing Manager of the mid-Atlantic Region. In this role he hired, trained and managed a group of individuals whose achievements earned him several accolades and awards. During Dave‘s tenure as a key manager, the mid-Atlantic Region grew at an enormous rate quadrupling its annual revenue to over $20,000,000 in just three years. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Mary Washington College.
Noelle Garner
Noelle joined The Consortium in 1995 and remained with the Company after its acquisition. Noelle was the leading Senior Accounts Manager in the mid-Atlantic Region, a direct result of her knowledge, professionalism and integrity. Noelle was the instrumental Accounts Manager during the four-fold growth of the region. Prior to entering the staffing industry, she was a Senior Marketing Representative for a major technology products company. Noelle has her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
