We are seeking an Email Trafficking Coordinator to manage deployment and reporting/analysis for email advertising programs. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders post-sale to create/maintain a calendar of weekly email deployments of various email products, to manage weekly deployment of those advertising messages to subscribers, and to report on/analyze performance of each marketing campaign. This role will lead the day to day coordination of delivery on our newsletter offerings as opposed to creating email marketing campaigns.
Specific Duties Include: – Working with Data and Email Channel teams to pull segment lists in order to target the right recipient with the right message – Working directly with external clients/agencies and internal stakeholders to collect email advertising creative assets, and providing those assets to external email vendor on schedule. – Coordinating and providing email testing/QA/proofreading, securing client approval for email deployment. – Pulling reports on a scheduled basis, and generating analysis for client review. – Monitoring campaign requests, escalating requests and challenges when necessary, troubleshooting – Maintaining slotting calendars for email drops and banner-based ads in emails.
Required: – Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience – Individual must be workflow/process oriented and deadline driven – Strong communication skills, able to coordinate multiple parties working towards a common goal, comfort with multi-tasking and prioritizing when working under a deadline
Desired: – Experience with Exact Target platform a plus – Experience with DFP (or Atlas) ad serving platforms a plus – Experience pulling/analyzing email delivery reports – Project Management experience – Knowledge of email marketing best practices and strategies – Familiarity with email marketing success metrics, such as open rates, click rates, etc. – Experience with digital media sales either on the publisher or agency side
