The Client Service Strategist will support the sales cycle post sale by proactively managing campaign outcome. The position will generate key insights and optimization recommendations for secured revenue. Through proactive performance management, the Client Service Strategist will improve client satisfaction, manage existing revenue, and drive repeat/incremental revenue.
Responsibilities include working closely with the reps to manage key advertising campaign delivery, in order to ensure performance against success metrics, generate insights, create actionable reports, and drive increased revenue. Maintain a portfolio of category aligned advertisers and develop a set of category best practices to be used by sales, inventory, product, planning, and ad operations. Manage all aspects of the campaign; monitor delivery and performance, anticipate issues and recommend solutions, create reports as needed, elevate key insights, recommend optimization strategy and execute optimization tactics. Provide ongoing input and guidance to sales rep on campaign status, recommended optimizations, and any campaign changes. Develop client facing mid and post campaign reports with actionable recommendations. Manage internal processes to execute client requests and resolve campaign issues. Lead development and launch of custom projects. Provide feedback on media strategy and product performance to planning, inventory, and product.
