Autonomy Specialist

This position will be the lead resource responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of Autonomy ACA/IDOL. Responsibilities include the implementation and maintenance of the Autonomy infrastructure as well as initial configuration and optimization of the software.

Essential Job Functions:
Review new Autonomy solution and prepare it for production go-live, including system validation, preparation and implementation of end user access, and support of users.
Serve as a subject matter expert for eDiscovery projects / deployments and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) life cycle.
Implement appropriate Autonomy connectors and APIs.
Performance tune indexing components
Create and customize categories and taxonomies.
Customize presentation layer for optimal user experience.
Ensure compliance with standard practices, processes and enterprise standards.
After hours support (evenings and / or weekends) will be required on an on-call, rotation basis.

Education / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field / equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on Autonomy experience including Intelligent Data Operating Layer (IDOL) server, Legal Hold, Autonomy Consolidated Archive (ACA) / CA Message Manager, APIs, and connectors
At least 2 previous Autonomy implementations
3+ years of SQL development including writing stored procedures
2+ years of experience supporting a production environment
Outstanding communication, organization, time management, interpersonal and management skills
Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in an emerging production environment
Microsoft certification preferred but not required
