Graphic Design/Production Specialist- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

The Digital Services Operations Design Team creates the visual, interactive and user experience design for large corporate website. As part of a collaborative environment which includes managers, designers, photo editors, and developers, the design/production specialist’s primary responsibility is:

• Image production for 80-90% of all images

In addition, depending upon time allocation necessary for image production,
additional duties will include:

• Assisting designers on a wide variety of online projects including editorial,
marketing and content partnership initiatives.
• Some design and production of final graphic assets

A minimum of 2 years experience working in graphic design / interaction design field is required.

Candidates must also demonstrate:

• A keen eye for detail in production
• Ability to work well independently but also collaborate with designers, developers and account managers
• Fluency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS/Flash
• Basic understanding of UI and usability principals
• Ability to create accurate design mockups
• Adherence to established design styles
• Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
