Enterprise Architect w/ ITIL v3 Foundation certification

Serve as the lead technical expert in developing enterprise architecture road map and leading new technology implementation.  This position is responsible for the following activities:

Analyze business and technical requirements for the government organization. Develop technology road map.  Support and develop IT governance and IT service management strategies and solutions.
Identify requirements and specifications for system integration among various IT applications and systems. Identify the external touch points and system interfaces. Develop migration and integration strategy and solutions.
Perform gap analysis and develop risk mitigation plan and project execution master plan.
Interact with all stakeholders and translate business requirements and customer management vision to technical architecture.
Lead technical implementation and provide project management support
Participate Engineering Review Board to provide assessment on  new projects and new change requests
Support enterprise configuration management
Develop enterprise Information Technology standards
Recommend engineering best practice, such as test lab development, automated unit and load testing, use of design patterns, and code review.
Support fault analysis, system troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
Support the development of service level measurements and standard operation procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior hands-on experience in either one of the following areas:
Enterprise application development and management:  J2EE or .NET, XML, Web Services, Oracle and SQL databases, WebSphere or SharePoint
Infrastructure system operations: Email, Active Directory, SAN/NAS storage, VMware, WAN/LAN network
Experience in deploying ITIL process and ITSM solutions to enterprise environments, particularly Asset and Configuration Management, Incident/Event/Knowledge Management
Comprehensive SDLC experience including:
Strong data analysis, modeling and system design skills
Agile implementation principles and practices
Product and system quality management
Production release and operation
Experienced in IT Project Management and IT Portfolio management
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
ITIL v3 Foundation certification is required. Intermediate level training and experience is preferred.
